LBDR LLC

The LBDR LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in the sate of Delaware on March 22, 2021 with designated office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958.

The LBDR LLC is formed for the purpose of:

1. consulting, design, management, operation and optimization of Internet infrastructure and services such as Internet domain name registries and registrars, Internet service providers (ISP), Internet Exchange Points (IXP), and community networks;
2. consulting, design, management, operation and optimization of ICT infrastructure and services such as data-centers, cloud services, and integrated campus and remote communication infrastructure;
3. consulting in Internet governance, open data governance, information and communication technologies governance, and the intersection of Internet policy, technology, data, and socioeconomic development; and
4. engaging in any lawful business that a limited liability company may engage in under the Act. The Company has the power to do all things necessary, incident, or in furtherance of that business.
